HEAD OF TEACHING– NICK CONWAY (NICK CAMPBELL)


Nick began teaching for Future Faces Theatre School in 2001 at Hornchurch; that year he appeared as Fagin in ‘Oliver!’ for Lutterworth Future Faces, and Produced and appeared as Daddy Warbucks in ‘Annie!’ for the Chelmsford branch. Since then, he took over running 3 Essex branches - Hornchurch, Benfleet and Chelmsford producing 12 shows so far.

Nick was a member of the National Youth Theatre (Manchester branch) for five years before turning professional (and becoming Nick Conway for his Equity card-There was a Campbell already!) in Colin Welland’s play “Roll On Four O’Clock” which ran in the West End. Best known for playing Billy Boswell in the long running BBC TV comedy series ‘Bread’, he had several leading roles in TV films and dramas including ‘Keep on Running’, Alan Plater’s ‘Thank You Mrs Clinkscales’, ‘Sharpe’, ‘When Saturday Comes’, ‘Juliet Bravo’, ‘Bluebells’. Extensive theatre work in West End, rep, fringe and touring includes; ‘An Evening With Gary Lineker’, ’A Passionate Woman’, ’Billy Liar’, ‘A Taste Of Honey’, ‘Taming Of The Shrew’ and ‘Don Juan’. Having spent his formative years with an excellent youth theatre he knows that learning through performances can be great fun and help build confidence in young people.

Musical Director - Daniel de Cruz


Dan trained at Surrey University, reading for a BMus (Hons) and went on to complete a PGDip in Musical Theatre at Guildford School of Acting.  He has taught at various schools across the country for the last 8 years, including the Academy of Contemporary Music.Along with drama school shows, Dan has been MD for FAME (London Palladium), Showcase (Criterion, London), Jesus Christ Superstar, Joseph, Oliver, The Mikado, A Christmas Carol, Captain Noah, The Evacuees and Sago The Clow. Dan has also directed The Bouncers (Wates House), Berkoff’s EAST (Austin Pearce Theatre), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Open air production), Sinderz, Greek and Romeo and Juliet.

Recent credits include Pepe in West Side Story, Awal Shah/Ensemble in The Far Pavilions, creating the role of Dr Patel in Time’s Up (both Shaftesbury Theatre), The Pirate King in The Pirates of Penzance (Yvonne Arnaud Theatre), Nicholas/Damien in The Canterbury Tales, Sheriff Ed Earl Dodd in The Best Little… (both Electric Theatre), Jose Vegas in FAME (London Palladium), Manny in One Year, One Bike, Irvine in The Asian Sensation, Jess in Badgers!, Kerry in That’s Not A Knife (all Fringe shows) Beast in Beauty and The Beast at The Theatre Royal Wakefield.

Drama Teacher - Felicity Skiera (Fizz)

Felicity trained at the Arts Educational Schools London where she graduated with a BA (Hons) in Acting. She has taught acting to children of all ages for many years.

Professional work includes: Aladdin in ‘Aladdin’, Pendle Productions, UK Tour, Alice in ‘Alice in Wonderland’, UK Tour, Sinbad in pantomime ‘Sinbad’, Pendle Productions, Tivoli Theatre Wimborne, Violet in ‘Wasted’, Rehearsed Reading for Rachael Welch at the Orange Tree Theatre, Gillian in ‘Moving the Goalposts’, Soho Theatre, Luce in ‘Drama Queen’, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Moll in ‘Moll Flanders’, Edinburgh Fringe Festival.  Stage roles played at Drama school include: Titania in ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’, Sabine and Lerat in ‘Nana’, Fat Annie in ‘Market Boy’, Isabella in ‘Measure for Measure’, Monica in ‘Present Laughter’, Elma in ‘Bus Stop’, Sonya in ‘Uncle Vanya’ and Isadora in ‘Out of This World’, a musical. Film roles include: Jane Parfitt in ‘Nannies’, Chanelle in ‘Anti-Natal’ and Geraldine in ‘Truth in the Rumour’.

Dance Teacher, Choreographer - Sundeep Saini (Dip)

Sundeep gained a BA(hons) in Dance and Drama and Theatre Studies from the University of Surrey, Roehampton and an ISVP diploma at Broadway Dance Centre N.Y.

 She has taught across the country for the past 4 years.  Sundeep has choreographed FAME (London Palladium) The Wiz, Guys and Dolls, HONK, Bugsy Malone,  Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Jesus Christ Superstar, Captain Noah, Oliver, Stepping Out, The Snowman.

Her recent performance credits include the Bollywood films: Singh is King, Horn Ok Pleasss, Golmaal Returns, Haal-e-Dil, De Taali, Salaam-e-Ishq, and parts in HipHopPop “The Battle” (UK Tour), Frank Hatchet Gala Performance (New York City), Mabel in FAME (London Palladium), Can You Feel the Force?, Narrator in Joseph, Genie in Aladdin.  She has been a dancer for Madonna, Girls Aloud and The Sugababes and has performed on Top of the Pops and CD:UK and at Dance Xplosion and Move It.

Sundeep has also appeared in The Bill!

LAMDA Tuition - Kim Barry


Kim is a very experienced actress and LAMDA teacher. She has appeared on Television in Eastenders,
Waiting for God, The Bill, Noel's House Party. On Radio 4 she has played roles in Dolly and Dustbin lids, Twist and Shout, Any Bloke, Billericay Brian.
Extensive Theatre credits include parts in: Keep on Dancing, Same Time Next Week, 84 Charring Cross Road, Ruffian on the Stair, Blue Angel, Viva Espana (Award for Pick of The Fringe), Jack and The Beanstalk, Merchant of Venice, Twelfth Night, Grease and Annie
